White Velvet Cookies

 

1 lb. Margarine
1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 cups white sugar
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. almond flavoring
4 1/2 cups flour

Cream together margarine and cream cheese. Add sugar and egg yolks. Add remaining ingredients. Chill one hour. Roll out - not too thin. Bake 10-12 minutes in 350-degree oven on slightly greased cookie sheet.
