1 cup margarine or butter
1 cup water
4 rounded tbsp. cocoa
Put above ingredients into saucepan and to boil
Remove from heat and add:
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup sour cream or sour milk
2 eggs

Bake in greased jelly roll
pan at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Put frosting below on while cake
is hot.
Frosting
1/2 cup margarine
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 lb. sifted powdered sugar
1 cup chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
Bring margarine, cocoa and milk to a boil, remove from heat, ad powdered
sugar, nuts and vanilla.
